Key Measurables
 

Our key measurables are:

1. On-Time. Percentage of Jobs Shipped On Time to total Jobs which shipped or should     have shipped in that period.

2. Scrap as a Percentage of Sales. The selling price is used to calculate scrap value.

3. Productivity. Goods Produced (Sales less material value and subcontracting costs) per     Hours Worked.

4. Shop Efficiencies by Department and Employee. These numbers compare actual time     taken on operations to the estimated time.

5. Attendance. Each employee is monitored for attendance and given a score which is     discussed with them at their annual review.

6. Harvan’s Number. Measures Harvan against goals for Scrap, On-time and Productivity.
