Control Plans, Gauge R&R, PPAP
Harvan has produced control plans and performed Gauge R&R at customer’s request. Our production software is used for part revision control and stores methods of manufacturing for each rev level. Customers are notified of critical changes through the PPAP process if required.

Continuous Improvement
Harvan Engineering plans and manages the process for continual improvement of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action and management review.
