At our CSA W47.1 certified job shop, we offer welding and fabrication services for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and exotic metals.  We can also weld in accordance with AWS codes. Our fabrication capabilities include welding, forming, bending, and shearing.  We are equipped with a wide range of welding equipment for fabricating or assembling components through the GMAW and GTAW processes. In addition to welding and fabrication, Harvan offers value-added finishing services such as anodizing, notching, painting, plating, peening, Ultrasonic Impact Testing (UIT) and powder coating through subcontract suppliers. Through vendor audit programs, we closely track and monitor the performance of all our suppliers and subcontractors.

We believe in meeting and exceeding quality expectations which is why we keep as much of the quality process internal as possible.  We perform in-house macro-etch inspections on our welds and prove out the processes to work within required limitations per the applicable codes.  We also have visual inspectors on staff to inspect all welding leaving our facility to ensure it is to the highest standard.  Wherever it is not possible to perform testing in-house, we have a variety of highly qualified subcontract test facilities which can perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT) as well as mechanical testing such as Tensile, Toughness and Hardness testing.  When it has to be right, it has to be Harvan!
